On September 23, 2007 Station 45 and Station 3 were dispatched on a possible structure fire at 120 Oliver Street. When Micu 94 crew arrived on scene Lt. Harrow reported a working structure fire and our working Box Alarm assignment was dispatched bringing Woodward Township, Antesfort, Nippenose, Avis and Montoursville. Units worked approximately 5 minutes with an interior attack and once the structure was determined to be vacant and the roof came in, a defensive attack was initiated. On July 31, 2007 Rescue 45 and MICU 94 were dispatched to Pine Creek Township Clinton County for a structural Collapse that entrapped two victims that were pronounced on scene by Clinton County Coroner Walker. The incident occurred at 153 Dugan Lane and MICU 94 was dispatched at 09:57 and arrived on scene at 10:13. A quick entry reveled mortal wounds on both victims with entrapment under a masonry wall poured full with rebar reinforcement. Estimated wall size was 75 feet by 12 feet high. Citizen's Hose does not take pictures of victims however in the interest of training for the future may have some pictures that reveal locations due to the incident type. To our knowledge departments assisting on scene were Woolrich, Dunnstown, and Citizens of JSA on initial dispatch. Then Task Force 80 (Williamsport Bureau of Fire, Old Lycoming, Dunnstown, Montgomery, and Woodward), McElhatten, and Citizen's of Lock Haven  responded to assist with the recovery effort.

On June 28, 2007 Station 45/94 was dispatched to a 4 wheeler accident in Mifflin Township with 4 victims. One was flown to GMC via Life Flight with a fractured neck, others were transported and treated at Jersey Shore Hospital. Rescue 45 with Utility 45 transported all victim's to route 287 at Speedy's where all were transferred to ambulance's.  

On July 16, 2007 Stations 3, 31, 94 and 45 were dispatched to a MVA on Route 220 that was later found on the second island bridge route 44. One was transported to Jersey Shore Hospital.

On July 18, 2007 Stations 3 and 45 were dispatched to a MVA in the 1100 block of Allegheny Street. 3 were transported to Jersey Shore Hospital.

On July 20, 2007 we were dispatched to Box 45-3 Porter Township for a garbage truck fire. Station 3 and 45 units on scene assisted owner operator with dumping load and extinguishing.

Wednesday April 4, 2007 at 2322 hours 

(Box 2-1)Station 45 was dispatched on Working Fire Box 2-1 along with Station 2 (Woodward Township), Station 3 (Independent Hose Co. JS), Station 8 (Duboistown) and an EMS unit from Station 94 (Jersey Shore Area EMS) for a structure fire in the area of Northway Road and State Route 220. Woodward Chief 1-2 arrived on the scene and confirmed a working structure fire in the main building of a saw mill/lumber yard. Rescue 45 arrived on the scene and was assign RIT responsibilities while Tanker 45 arrived and was placed into staging for use in a rural water supply evolution. Station 45 also staffed Engine 4-45 in quarters at the Jersey Shore Station for additional response(s) should the need arise. Station 45 units cleared the scene at 0111 hours.
